adventures of
Here they are, folks.
Photos from the Saskatchewan tour.
The trip started on Friday the 13th.
During the hours of driving we munched on bulk candy and read "Great Expectations."
We stopped on a side road just outside of Saskatoon and watched "Gremlins", the '80's classic on the laptop.
We pulled over to watch the Northern Lights shine in the clear, cold, star-strewn sky.
It was incredible.
The arrival into Saskatoon brought a flood of navigational errors, that resulted in a tour of the city's industrial area.
Lovely.
Ha.
But upon finding our final destination, we were met by both old & new faces, all kind & welcoming.
Me & the Bean.
My little pondering princess.
I love this photo.
Liv & I. Isn't she the sweetest?
Here's the photos to prove we did eat at Langs.
And dang, was it good.
Any of you who are reading this who know Dave might have a bit of a clue as to how much he loves argyle.
I rarely see him wearing a pair of socks that aren't argyle, and he's got a dozen argyle sweaters.
Needless to say, he was pretty excited when we found this...
And this...
We stopped off in a little place called Dundurn on the ride home.
As tiny & ridiculous as it was, we found some fun stuff.
And some gorgeous old buildings to take photos of.
We had a wonderful weekend, but I'm still sleeping overtime.
Attempting to catch up.
